2.1 Registration Process

An active account is required to use baji okay's services. Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration. Registering with incorrect information risks account cancellation.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal or for large transactions. In such cases, a copy of a national ID card or passport may need to be submitted. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their own username and password secure. Sharing an account with a third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, support must be notified immediately.

All baji okay services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. Anyone under 21 who opens an account or uses the platform will be subject to action and their account will be closed immediately.

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for deposits on baji okay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Once funds are successfully added to an account, they are credited to the balance immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to complete. The supported withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

• Funds deposited into an account will only be returned to the mobile banking number registered under that account.
• Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted.
• If suspicious activity is detected on any deposit, the right is reserved to hold the related withdrawal.
• Bonus-related funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement and validity period.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder — they cannot be transferred.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will automatically cancel the bonus.
• baji okay reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6.1 Conditions for Placing Bets

Sufficient balance must be available in the account before placing a bet on the platform. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Live betting allows bets to be placed after a match has started, though live odds change quickly.

6.2 Cancelled or Suspended Events

6.3 Incorrect Odds and Technical Errors

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the right is reserved to cancel bets placed at those odds. In such situations, the original stake will be returned.
